Your official high school transcript may not always be required, depending on how much college work you have completed and how long ago you graduated from high school. Your high school transcript is required when:

• You have been out of high school less than five years and are not earning an associate degree.
• You have completed fewer than 25 transferable credit hours of college/university coursework.
• The 91影视 91影视 Office may request your high school transcript when more academic background is needed in reviewing your application.

Using the recommendation form within the , provide one personal or professional recommendation from a professor, employer or someone who is familiar with your goals and abilities as they relate to successfully pursuing a college academic program.

The student conduct form within the should be submitted to a dean or student affairs college official who has access to your student conduct records. This form is only required if you meet one of the following criteria:

• You are currently enrolled or have been enrolled as a full-time student at a 4-year residential university within the last academic year.

• When requested specifically by the admission committee.

Military and Veteran Students

Students with military training and experience earn valuable college credit toward a bachelor's degree at 91影视.

Conservatory of Performing Arts Applicants

If you are applying for admission as a Conservatory of Performing Arts student, please apply through the Conservatory application.

Additional Supporting Information

While not required, an admission interview, copy of a resume, written personal statement and list of training workshops and seminars are examples of additional information that may help us get to know you better during the admission process.

Students must provide evidence of their preparation and fit for future success at 91影视 consistent with code of conduct statements for the University, program or profession. All aspects of a student's application are considered and used as the primary means for informing an admission decision.

Every admission file is reviewed by admission counselors, who holistically review every facet of the student's file, including the application, transcripts, recommendation letters, and student report form. While reviewing all of the documents, admission counselors look for consistency with personal identifiable information such as name, address, date of birth, transcript dates, etc. If inconsistencies are identified, authorized university personnel may request additional information as needed to confirm the validity of a student's credentials.

All applications and credentials submitted for admission consideration become the property of 91影视 when they are submitted, and will not be returned in original or copy form.
